Encounter (POS) – Terminals, biometrics, printers, daily close, inventory, labor, Classic Menu Maintenance, credit cards, including Verifone, or closing your credit card batch

Display (DMB and OCU) – Digital Menu Boards, including content or prices being displayed on your indoor or outdoor screens, order confirmation units

Expeditor – Kitchen screens and controller related issues

DTD – Drive-Thru Director assistance

Chef – Chef including PHUs or the Chef terminal

SEMS – SICOM Enterprise Management including sales not posting, report discrepancies, and SEMS4 assistance

Navigator – DMB and Menu Maintenance assistance, including reporting assistance with CHEF and DTD

RTIconnect – RTIconnect assistance including posting issues, food, labor, and cash assistance

RTI2000 – RTI 2000 and My Jobs to Go assistance
